Vending Information for Wakefield Independence Day Parade

All vendor permits for the Wakefield Independence Day Parade shall be assigned by the WIDC only. This covers the entire parade route, all staging areas, and all parking areas from 12 noon until 8 PM on July 4, 2026.

All vending is on an invite-only basis by the WIDC.

All vending spots are taken for the 2026 parade

Vending without a permit shall result in expulsion from the parade route.

Any member of the Wakefield Emergency Management Team, Wakefield Police, Wakefield Fire Department, Wakefield DPW, or WIDC reserves the right to remove any vendor, permitted or not, for any reason with no refund of permit fees
